In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

By accessing the jilikl Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference herein, such as the jilikl Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the jilikl Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

Use of the jilikl Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online casino gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
2. You are physically located within a jurisdiction where online casino gaming is lawful at the time of each gaming session.
3. You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of jilikl or any of its affiliated game providers.
4. You are not subject to any current self-exclusion order, court order, or regulatory restriction that prohibits your participation in gambling activities.
5. You are acting as an individual on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

jilikl enforces mandatory KYC verification on every Account prior to the processing of any withdrawal. Players may be requested to provide KYC documentation at any time, including at account registration. Acceptable KYC documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, and UMID Card.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) jilikl Account only. The creation of multiple Accounts by any single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering a jilikl Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must notify jilikl promptly of any changes by updating your Account profile or contacting support.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password. jilikl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify jilikl of a security compromise.

• Do not share your jilikl password with any third party, including family members.
• Do not use jilikl from shared or public devices without logging out completely after each session.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for enhanced Account security.
• Report any unauthorized access to your jilikl Account to support immediately via live chat.

jilikl reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, Terms violation, or a risk to the integrity of the Platform.

jilikl accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100.00). jilikl does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges independently of jilikl.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your jilikl Wallet instantly upon confirmation from the respective payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within the same business day. jilikl accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telco OTP delivery failures.

jilikl reserves the right to request verification of a deposit payment method before processing a withdrawal to that same method. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their jilikl Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. Your Account has completed KYC verification.
2. The withdrawal amount consists entirely of real-money funds (not unconverted Bonus Funds).
3. No outstanding withdrawal holds are active on your Account due to ongoing investigations or verification requirements.
4. The withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in your own name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.00. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval during standard operating hours (06:00 – 22:00 PST). Withdrawals submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day for requests submitted before 18:00 PST.

jilikl reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity has been detected. This process may extend the standard processing timeframe. Players will be notified of any hold placed on a withdrawal request.

jilikl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all jilikl promotions:

• Bonus Funds and Real Money funds are held separately in your Wallet. Real Money is wagered first unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome bonuses are 25× the bonus amount, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the specific bonus terms. Expired Bonus Funds are forfeited.
• Bets placed on games with an RTP above 96% may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements, as specified in individual promotion terms.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one (1) claim per Account, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated as repeatable.

All games offered on the jilikl Platform operate according to the rules displayed within each game, as provided by the respective certified game provider. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the in-game rules are more specifically applicable to the matter at issue.

jilikl's game library utilizes certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology across all relevant game types. RNG certification is maintained through regular independent third-party audits. Live casino games are delivered via real-time video stream from professionally managed studio environments operated by jilikl's game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connection interruption, or game error, jilikl's standard policy is as follows:

• Where a game round is incomplete due to a technical error, the relevant game provider's void policy will apply.
• Where a system error causes an incorrect odds display, the correct odds at the time of bet placement will be applied and jilikl reserves the right to void affected bets.
• jilikl is not liable for losses incurred due to the Player's own internet connection issues or device failures.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply on a per-game and per-table basis and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may change without notice at jilikl's discretion, including temporary adjustments during high-traffic periods.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilikl Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all Wallet balances, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

1. Underage Gambling: Registering or operating an Account while under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your Account.
2. Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one jilikl Account, whether directly or through proxies, family members, or third parties.
3. Fraud and Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes, chargebacks, or reversals against jilikl after having received gaming services.
4. Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, poker hand play, or betting markets to the detriment of jilikl or other Players.
5. Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technical exploit to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players.
6. Money Laundering: Using jilikl for the purpose of concealing, transferring, or converting proceeds of unlawful activity. jilikl complies with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and reports suspicious transactions as required by law.
7. Impersonation: Providing false identity information during KYC, or operating an Account under another person's identity.
8. Abuse of Staff: Directing threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward jilikl support staff or live dealer personnel.

jilikl is committed to the principles of responsible gambling and operates in compliance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements. The following tools are available to all registered Players directly within their jilikl Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps, effective immediately upon setting.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications at intervals between 30 and 240 minutes of continuous play.
• Cool-Down Period: A temporary account access restriction of 24, 48, or 72 hours, effective immediately.

All content on the jilikl Platform — including but not limited to the jilikl brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all text, graphics, and audiovisual elements — is the proprietary property of jilikl or its licensed content providers and is protected under Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international copyright conventions.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jilikl Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute any jilikl Platform content for commercial purposes.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jilikl software or game code.
• Use jilikl branding or trademarks in any manner that implies affiliation with or endorsement by jilikl without express written consent.
• Frame or scrape any jilikl Platform pages for use on third-party websites or applications.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilikl's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the jilikl Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their jilikl Wallet during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilikl shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if jilikl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jilikl does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime for scheduled maintenance, which will be communicated in advance where practicable.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government orders, or cyberattacks beyond jilikl's reasonable control.
• The Player's own device, software, or internet connection failures.
• Third-party payment processor delays or failures.

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by jilikl is governed by the jilikl Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and forms part of the binding agreement between you and jilikl.

By registering a jilikl Account and accepting these Terms, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA reporting obligations.

jilikl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jilikl will provide advance notice to registered Players via email or a prominent in-Platform notification, with a minimum notice period of seven (7) calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where a shorter period is required by law or regulatory direction.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version. Your continued use of the jilikl Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must close your jilikl Account and withdraw any remaining balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued Platform use after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between a Player and jilikl shall first be submitted to jilikl's internal dispute resolution process by contacting jilikl support in writing. jilikl undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to resolve straightforward disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

Where a dispute is not resolved through the internal process, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, as applicable under jilikl's PAGCOR authorization. Both parties agree that PAGCOR's determination on matters within its regulatory jurisdiction shall be binding.

Nothing in these Terms limits a Player's rights under applicable mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394).
